LOAN PARAMETERS

  • Investment property loans only. No owner-occupied properties.

  • Loans made in in the Northeast (NY, NJ, CT, PA, etc.) & Florida (Orlando)

  • Single-Family fix and flip loans from $100,000 to $1,000,000

  • Multi-Family loans up to $10 million

  • 6 to 12-month term of loan

  • Funding up to 80% of Purchase Cost

  • Funding up to 80% of Construction/Rehab Cost

  • Maximum 65% Loan to Value based off of the After Repair Value (3d party appraisal)

  • Borrower must be a corporate entity - LLC or Corporation

  • Personal guarantees required

  • Rates from 10% to 14% – Interest only 

  • Origination Fee 2 to 4 Points 

  • 650 FICO minimum, credit report will be required

  5. Credit report ordered by Vega

  6. Background check ordered by Vega

  7. Purchase contract

  8. Scope of work / detailed construction budget

  9. Third Party Appraisal (CMA, BPO) ordered by Vega
